Here I am down with cold and super irritated because of it. I was browsing few sites and blogs and that was irritating as well. Hence I thought why not divert myself and actually do something productive like blogging! And I must say im loving it, until I have to add something or add an attachment and don't get the hang of it cos well I'm technically handicapped!
Anywhoo, three months back I was in Banglore at the phoenix mall with no intention to shop( ya let's see how that worked!) But entered the AND store. And the moment I entered the store I loved almost everything. But what I loved the most was this ink blue tunic. It looks like a shirt from the front but like a maxi from behind. This is not something very new but I knew I had to buy it! In theory it's not the best thing to wear considering my body type. But sometimes you have to ditch the rules and just wear whatever the hell you want.
A few pointers for the curvy girl(and by curvy I mean pear shaped):
1. Choose black bottoms! Be it jeans, leggings or jeggings. This would hide your problem area as well as doesn't take away attention from the beautiful tunic.
2. As its flowy, your bottom half should be tight to give proper symmetry.
3. This tunic itself is a statement piece, hence keep rest of the look minimal.
4. Wear heels! Period.
5. Smile and be confident. You are looking sexy and fashionable.
I hope these pointers help you.
I wore the tunic with black leggings from mango and black sandals and stone earrings of the same colour. I let the tunic speak.
My make up included light black and silver smokey eyes, winged eyeliner and red lips.
